- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup jaggery
- 2 cups Goodmylk Cashew-Oat Mylk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix all the ingredients and stir until you reach a batter of pancake-y consistency.
- Pour the batter on a non-stick pan and heat.
- Flip over the pancake to heat evenly.
- Serve with toppings of your choice!
