Masala Tea

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

  • 2 tbsp of tea leaves
  • Spices- 1 cardamom pod, 1 clove, ½ of a bay leaf
  • 3 tbsp of ground jaggery, sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • 250ml Goodmylk’s cashew-oat mylk
  • 150ml Water

 

Procedure:

 

  • Take a saucepan, add water and the tea leaves into the saucepan
  • Crush the spices and add it to the saucepan along with sugar (or the sweetener)
  • Let the water with the tea leaves and the spices simmer in medium heat until it has reduced to half of its quantity
  • Pour in Goodmylk’s cashew-oat mylk to the saucepan and let it simmer in low heat for a minute
  • Strain the mixture and serve hot
