The cashew-oat mylk can be kept at room temperature. Refrigerate and consume within 3 days after opening. It does not need to be refrigerated unless opened.

The curd must be refrigerated at all times. Once opened, transfer to another container and consume within 7 days.

The mayonnaise can be kept outside at room temperature. It does not have to be refrigerated (even after opening).

The butter can be kept outside at room temperature at all times. It DOES NOT have to refrigerated (even after opening).
Shelf life: 4 months from the date of manufacture
We do not recommend freezing any of our products. Freezing does not affect the safety or nutritional value of our products, but you might observe a change in texture when you thaw them.

Are Goodmylk products dairy-free?
Yes, all our products are dairy-free. We believe that the cost of dairy products borne by non-human animals is too high. One way to change this is to make the switch to a plant-based diet. And we're here to help! It is our mission to bring you the yummiest plant-based dairy.
Does this mean your products are vegan?
ALL our products are completely vegan! There are no animal products, by-products or derivatives in these products. The lives of the animals we share our planet with are important. They deserve lives free of suffering. People across the globe are looking for ways to move towards a plant-based diet that is kinder and more sustainable. That’s what we’re here for. Join us.
Are your products organic?
Not currently. Our focus is on providing affordable products to our customers. However, as we begin to reach larger order volumes, we will be able to source organic ingredients in bulk (and thus, at lower prices). We’ll keep you posted! :)
Can I consume Goodmylk products if I am allergic to dairy?
Yes, all Goodmylk products are dairy-free, lactose-free and casein-free, and they are suitable for people with dairy allergies.
Can people who are allergic to nuts consume Goodmylk products?
Nopes. Our products are composed of ingredients that could negatively affect someone with a nut-allergy. If you have an allergy to soy, cashews, or peanuts, we recommend that you avoid consuming our products.
Can I use Goodmylk products if I am lactose intolerant?
Absolutely! All Goodmylk products are naturally lactose-free.
Are Goodmylk products gluten-free?
Yes, all our products are gluten-free and can be eaten by people with a gluten allergy.
Can Goodmylk products be used as infant formula?
No, our products are not designed to be a replacement for breast milk or infant formula.
I’m pregnant. Is it okay for me to use Goodmylk?
If you are pregnant or nursing, be sure to talk with your doctor about your food and nutritional concerns. Your doctor will be able to recommend an appropriate diet.
Can children consume Goodmylk products?
While we do try to ensure that we pack our products with ingredients that are good for your body, we recommend checking with your paediatrician about the best diet for your child.

All our products can be used like their dairy counterparts; Cashew-Oat Mylk like dairy milk, Peanut Curd like dairy curd, Vegan Mayo like dairy mayo, and the Dairy-Free Butter like (you guessed it) dairy butter.
Can I boil the mylk?
Yes, you can boil the mylk. Preferably, ensure that the mylk is at room temperature before boiling/heating it.
Can I make coffee/tea/kheer with this milk?
Yes, you can. After lots of thought, love, and careful experimentation, we’ve made products that can be used as ingredients in our favourite dishes. You can definitely use them as replacements for dairy products in that recipe your mum gave you. You can even head on over to our Recipes page for a list of recipes from our customers and team-members.
Can I make curd with this milk?
No, the composition of our mylk doesn’t allow it to curdle in the same way that dairy products might. On a related note, have you tried our Peanut Curd? We’re really proud of it and we’ve used it to make everything from dahi vada to a simple, wholesome curd-rice.
Can the butter be used for baking?
Yes, it works very well when used for baking.
Does it melt like dairy butter?
Oh yes. Yes, it does.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

- If the product you have received is demonstrably past its shelf life at the time of receiving it, we will be happy to issue a free replacement.
- Prepaid Subscription orders cannot be refunded. We recommend placing non-subscription orders if you are looking to try out our products out first. If you like what you taste, you could place a subscription order to schedule regular deliveries. If you want to cancel your prepaid subscription, we can issue you a store credit. - You can cancel a recurring subscription anytime before your next charge date. Orders charged will not be refunded to you.
