The curd is rich in protein: Peanuts are an excellent source of affordable protein, our curd is made wholly with peanuts and rice, giving you all the nine essential amino acids. It has a complete protein profile.
You don’t have to worry about Cholesterol while consuming the curd. In fact, are filled with heart-healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. These fats lower total and “bad” LDL cholesterol as well as triglycerides, while keeping “good” HDL cholesterol high. that helps maintain cardiovascular health.
